Run your practice from one place, not five.
Practice Manager is cloud software for accountancy firms: every job and deadline, every hour recorded, every fee billed, and every client record and letter, joined up in one system.

The practice side of an accountancy firm, in one system
Most firms run the business of the practice across a calendar, a timesheet, a billing tool, a shared drive and a lot of email. Practice Manager brings those together, so the work, the hours and the fees all hang off the same client record.
Jobs and deadlines
Every piece of client work is a job with an owner, a reviewer and a due date. Recurring work such as year-end accounts and tax returns is scheduled once and generated each period.
- Personal work queues and a team view of who has what
- Deadline calendar with reminders and escalation
- Reusable job templates with stages and checklists
Time recording
Record time against the client and job it belongs to, with a running timer or a weekly timesheet. Time flows straight into work in progress, ready to bill.
- Timer and daily or weekly timesheets
- Staff rates and billable or non-billable time
- Timesheet submission and approval
Fee billing
Turn recorded time into a fee note in a few clicks, with the draft reviewed and approved before it goes to the client. See what each job has earned and what is still to bill.
- Bills and credit notes raised from work in progress
- Draft, approve and issue, with a full history
- Outstanding fees and job profitability by client
Client records and correspondence
One record for each client and contact, with their services, team and history. Emails, letters, call notes and documents are filed against the client, so anyone in the firm can pick up where a colleague left off.
- Clients, contacts and the relationships between them
- Correspondence and documents filed in context
- A timeline of everything that has happened on a client
Designed around how a practice actually runs
Client first
Every job, timesheet, fee note and letter is reachable from the client it belongs to.
Nothing changes silently
Bills move from draft to approved to issued. Changes are made by reversal, and every action is recorded in an audit trail.
